The lady kept going through the letter and didn't understand what I wanted done. We'll I didnt either. I was told she knew nothing about it and didn't know if someone else in the office could help or not. I can't not express how frustrating and upsetting this was to me. I lost my mom and this is the last thing I wanted to be doing. No compassion, empathy, or understanding. I pray there isnt another person that is treated this way."
